If a learner is not registered then they can be set up in 2 ways.


  1. By an Administrator in which case they will receive an email and can skip the next step.
  2. By registering for a new account on the home page by clicking on the link Please click here to register.


       3. The learner will need to enter their Forename, Surname and email address. An then press the REGISTER button.



When they click register they receive an email as shown on Emails


When they log in they enter their Username and Password from the email.


When they log in for the first time they are forced to change their password. This is because emails are not secure so it protects their account and they will be the only person who knows their password from this point onwards.
