Admin users have the ability to update all aspects of a user's submission
From the HOME screen click on the ePortfolios
Search for the RUN ID

Select the learner you require to edit


Clicking on EDIT allows you to amend the overall status - this will allow the user or assessor to take control.

Clicking on Tasks allows you to edit the detail

Clicking on a task allows you to edit various elements.

create new ticket
check ticket status
